Requirements - Galen's house - 6:00 am to 7:00 am - 11:50 am to midnight - Saturday - Have nothing equipped in your Tool slot (red slot) PS Time may not be correct. Just remember that both Nina and Galen must be in the house in order to activate this cutscene. Plus, you must have met both people. The funny thing is, Dr. Hardy was inside the house when I activated the event, but he was nowhere to be seen during the event. XD I guess he doesn't effect anything.
